Consultation Fee:
It is our policy to charge an initial consultation fee of €75.00 plus Vat @ 21% which includes a follow up letter setting out our advice. This does not apply to first consultations in the case of property purchases/sales or refinance where a quotation has been given and you are proceeding with this office.

Wills:
Charges for preparation of Wills start from €60.00 plus Vat @ 21% per person. Discounted rates apply in respect of Wills for couples. Our charges in respect of Wills depend on the complexity of the Will, the taxation advice required and the amount of time spent on the drafting of the Will and duration of consultations with clients.
